Quarz 1x8S-2 Soviet Super 8 Movie Camera

Quarz 1x8S-2 Super 8 Movie Camera

The Quarz 1x8S-2 is the most mass-produced Soviet Super 8 cine camera, made by KMZ/Zenit and sold in the USA as the "Kinoflex." Every camera we ship is checked the same way: clean film chamber, smooth mechanics, glass without fungus or haze. The spring motor runs confidently at all filming speeds plus single-frame mode, and the TTL light meter is alive - the needle responds to light and drives the auto-exposure aperture through the Meteor-8M-1 9-38mm f/1.8 zoom lens.
